Revision of MWCA Web Site

The time for a significant redesign of the MWCA website -- by which we mean, primarily, the static pages housed at the University of Sioux Falls -- is well past due.  

In the spirit of collaboration we writing-center folk seek to foster, we invite MWCA members to weigh in with their suggestions and requests related to the redesigned site.  If you haven't been there in a while, please visit the MWCA website at http://pages.usiouxfalls.edu/mwca and take a look around.  If you have feedback on the site or suggestions for the redesign, please list your observations and requests below.  We'll do our best to incorporate your suggestions as we seek to develop the web site as an even more effective tool for communication and collaboration within the MWCA.

• More direct and accessible link to MWCA Profile site.  (gad)
  • "Quick Links" drop down, with MWCA Profile, MWCA wiki, IWCA, etc.??  (gad)
• New visual design: graphics, colors, layout, etc.  (gad)
  • Integrate more images of people?  (gad)
  • Retain the windmill, which seems to have become the unofficial logo of the MWCA?  (gad)
  • Invite submissions of layout/design templates/features from MWCA membership?  (gad)
• More direct and accessible link to MWCA Wiki.  (gad)
  • Job Postings in MWCA Region.  (gad)
• More direct and accessible links to IWCA online resources.  (gad)
• Include information about mini-regionals as well as state consortia?  (gad)
